PERSONNEL & GA HEAD SMRG (CODE : PGAH-SMRG)

Requirements:

Ø Male, minimum age 35 years old
Ø S1 Degree in Psychology / Law / others
Ø Experienced min 5 years in similar position (managerial function), preferably at manufacturing area
Ø Capable in handling People Management & Industrial Relation
Ø Like challenges, have strong leadership & communication skills
Ø Fluent in English or Japanese is an advantage
Ø Preferably living in Central Java (for Smrg)
Ø Willing to be stationed in Semarang

Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and responsible for personnel administration system (compensation and benefit)
Ø Manage and responsible for monthly manpower report to Management
Ø Manage and responsible for recruitment and placement of all department
Ø Manage and responsible for general affairs (building, vehicles, meals, utility, legal)
Ø Manage the Industrial Relation matters in company
