HR MANAGER (HRM)

Requirement:
* Male/Female minimum age 40 years old
* Have min. S1 Degree majoring HR Management or Psychology
* Min. 15 yrs working experience in managing human resources
* Candidate must be competent in all HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation Management)
* Has experience in developing Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
* Understand Indonesian Labor Law and regulations and Industrial Relationship with Union, Personnel & General Affairs Administration and Manpower Laws
* Good knowledge in organizational development, personnel administration, good leadership and communication skill
* Understand ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS will be an advantage
* To be located in Cilegon
