HR Data Analyst (Code : HR-DA)

Analyze HR data, metrics & ratio and measure its performance of all HR function by providing reliable report/information to senior management as a basis of sound in decision making

* Bachelor Degree
* Minimum 2 year experience as data analyst in Human Resources Area
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
* Has an eye for detail and ability to liaise with people from all levels
* Fast learner with creative thinking, hard worker and proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and writing skill
* Expert in Microsoft Office applications especially in spread sheet and graphical approach
