You will be responsible in managing the overall human resources and general affairs matters.

Requirements:
* Male / Female, age 30-35 years old
* A Degree (S1) Holder from a prestigious university in a related discipline
* Posses minimum 3 years experience in similar position
* Manufacturing experience is a must
* Display strong ability in managing people, performance management, remuneration system, employee development, and have good relation with government institution
* Willingness to be based in Surabaya
