Our Client, a Multinational firm, one of the leading telecommunication companies, is currently looking for HR&GA Supervisor to join their dynamic and multicultural team.

HR And GA Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

· Conduct recruitment activities; job ad design & placement, candidate assessment, employment contract, etc
· HR Design Policy
· Responsible for General Affairs matters of the company
· Assisting Senior Manager in man power planning

Qualifications :
· Male/Female
· At least 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist, also taking care of GA matters
· Good understanding and experienced at HR Design Policy, also capable in HR administration
· EPC companies background is an advantage
· Excellent in Bahasa and English is a must – oral and written
· Computer Skills
· Individual contributor who is able to work under minimum supervision and under-pressure
· working environment
