Job Description :

- Formulate and implement HR Policies to motivate and encourage employees for better performance
- Develop, implement and improve strategic HR and Development programs to achieve company’s objectives and goals.
- Maintaining and supervising overall Human Resources activities which includes recruitment, compensation and benefit as well as training and development.

Requirement :
- Male, maximum age 35 years old
- 3-5 years of experience as HR supervisor
- Have high drive and motivation and has initiatives
- Able to communicate well with higher or lower level employees
