HR OFFICER - HRO

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· You will take the responsibility for implementing recruitment, HR Administration, people development, and providing HR integrated management reports.
· Implement recruitment functions to meet the manpower requirement in the operation.
· Maintaining overall Human Resources activities which includes recruitment, compensation and benefit as well as training and development.
· Develop, implement and improve HR operational and service programs to achieve company’s objectives and goals.
· Implement HR Policies to motivate and encourage employees for better performance.
· Develop and effect good communication plans to foster teamwork.
· implement staff welfare programs to improve work-life balance.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
· Min. Bachelor degree major in psychology / Management with GPA min 2,75 out of 4.00
· Preferably has 1 year experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
· Female, single, age maximum 30 years old
· Fluent in English (both oral and written).
· Has good computer skill
· Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
· Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
· Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
