Requirement :
1. Male or Female maximum 35 years old
2. Graduated Bachelor Degree from reputable university any major, ( Law, Psychology,Management )
3. Good understanding at Labor Regulation
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong personality and confidence
6. Able to work under minimum supervision
7. Must possess good language skills - English and Indonesia both spoken and written
8. Computer Literate is must
9. Will be stationed in Balikpapan
Responsibilites :
1. To create, conduct and monitoring all activities in HRD & GA field such as conduct recruitment process, training,performance appraisal
2. Responsibility for monitoring personnel activities such as annual leave,absence, overtime, medical, jamsostek, Etc
3. Handling all administrative task that related to HRD & GA
4. Responsible for all employee relation activities.
5. Responsible to all HRD & GA Activities in Kalimantan Area.
