URGENTLY NEEDED
An International Organization has a vacancy for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and on-boarding of Locally Employed (LE) Staff- including drafting advertisement, screening and evaluating applications, arranging interviews and testing, communication with hiring offices, etc. The incumbent will collect and enter personnel data into Web Pass software for newly hired LE Staff, and will process appointment (hiring) personnel actions. He or she will be responsible for establishing and will establishing and maintaining an outreach program to universities, associations, and other groups. Other duties will include new LE Staff orientation.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Qualification required:
1. Bachelor‘s degree in management, business administration, human resources, or related field is required.
2. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources administration, recruitment, customer service, or as an administrative assistant is required.
3. Level IV (fluent) in speaking/reading/writing in English and Bahasa is required.
4. Good working knowledge of administrative and Human Resources Office operations.
5. Must be proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Access are required.
6. The ability to work in a high stress, high volume productivity environment is required. Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively to customers.
