Human Resources Officer
The Job & Responsibilities :
* Develops and executes a variety of human resource programs. Performs human resources services such as compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, expatriate policy, employee relations and administration.
* May supervise and train human resources administrators.
* Manages a human resources sub-functional area.
* Develops and administers compensation and benefits policies & procedures.
* Fosters effective communication between employees and management.
* Creates and maintains staff information records and personnel documents, such as job descriptions, employee handbooks and employment letters.
* Conducts and participates in salary and benefits surveys.
* Participates in interviews with candidates.
* Interacts with external consultants and government agencies.Supervises and trains human resources administrators.
