HR ADMIN. ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

- Assisting HR Directors in handling standard administration duties: filing, reporting, correspondences and other daily administration tasks
- Supports HR Director in developing HR strategies
- Responsible to support all human resources functions, personnel administration, employment process, manage training schedule & implementation
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation & report
- Maintain and develop an efficient filing system for all confidential papers and letters

Requirement:

- Diploma / Degree in related discipline
- Female, max 35 years old
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Human Resources
- Good administration & documentation skills
- Having experienced in the Industrial Relations aspect will be an advantage
- Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources function

Good communication skills
- Result-oriented and performance-driven
- Proficient in English, both oral and written, French will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, highly initiative, honest

Human Resources Manager (code: HRM)

Location: East Java, Surabaya.

- You will be responsible for the management of successful employee relations. You will work with line managers and support and guide managers to assist them in delivering effective employee performance. You will arrange and monitor employee training and development at all levels and be responsible for the preparation of succession planning recommendations.
- Minimum 5 years experienced in human resources management in manufacturing / processing sector.
- Experienced in developing / applying an effective employee performance valuation.
- Experienced in planning and implementing the development of HR department in a project.

All applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum bachelor degree (Sarjana Strata 1) from appropriate field only.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and good Interpersonal skills.
