Job description :
* Perform candidate screening and interview
* Perform basic analysis on a candidate
* Perform recruitment administration and data filing
* Do various HR functions
Criteria:
* Preferred: Female Age: below 26
* Degree in psychology / administration / law from a good university / diploma
* Minimum 1 year of working experience
* Having experience in outsourcing business would be an advantage
* Having experience in screening and candidate recruitment would be an advantage
* Having a good communication skill and have a good command in Indonesia and English
* Computer literate: can use MS Word, Excel, internet, email
This position is for 6 months contract with the possibility to be permanent employee.

Job Purpose :

· Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
· High analytical thinking, sound leadership ability and presentation skills
· Computer literate, sound knowledge and skill on MS Office MS Word, Excel (Advanced), Outlook, Power Point and Internet Browsing will be an added advantage
