Integrasi is leading IT Consulting Company and currently publicly listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. We are looking for a qualified candidate for the position: HR staff for Outsourcing Department with responsibilities / qualification as follow:

HR Staff for Outsourcing Department (Code HRO)

Job description :
* Perform candidate screening and interview
* Perform basic analysis on a candidate
* Perform recruitment administration and data filing
* Do various HR functions

Criteria:
* Preferred: Female Age: below 26
* Degree in psychology / administration / law from a good university / diploma
* Minimum 1 year of working experience
* Having experience in outsourcing business would be an advantage
* Having experience in screening and candidate recruitment would be an advantage
* Having a good communication skill and have a good command in Indonesia and English
* Computer literate: can use MS Word, Excel, internet, email

This position is for 6 months contract with the possibility to be permanent employee.
