Our client, sugar factory in East Java, immediately requires highly qualified personnel to fill the following position:

Human Resources Manager (code: HRM)

Location: East Java, Surabaya.

- You will be responsible for the management of successful employee relations. You will work with line managers and support and guide managers to assist them in delivering effective employee performance. You will arrange and monitor employee training and development at all levels and be responsible for the preparation of succession planning recommendations.
- Minimum 5 years experienced in human resources management in manufacturing / processing sector.
- Experienced in developing / applying an effective employee performance valuation.
- Experienced in planning and implementing the development of HR department in a project.

All applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum bachelor degree (Sarjana Strata 1) from appropriate field only.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and good Interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate. Familiar with Microsoft office is a must.
- Experienced working in agricultural sector. Experience in sugar industry would be an advantage.
