Purpose of the Job :

To assist Human Capital Manager to manage the Human Resources matters for the team members in our Surabaya office and to provide services to general needs of the company and team members.

Responsibilities :
* Ensure good Human Capital Management to ensure continuous people Development and growth.
* Provide General Affair services to the company and the team in order to enable the team to become smooth and seamless operated organization
* Training & continuous learning environment.
* Attract and retain good talent to support company growth

Requirements :
* Male / female with the age between 28 – 33 years old
* Min. 2 years experience in HR and GA position with successful track record
* Minimum bachelor degree graduates from any study preferably Psychology / Management with min. GPA 3.00
* People oriented and sensitive to internal customers needs.
* Self starter and result oriented people.
* Able to manage and execute the main jobs independently
* Conversant with English (oral / written) is a must
* Conversant with MS office operation
