To enhance our position as the leading distributor of heavy equipment for mining activities, we have immediate vacancy for experienced and capable persons.

HR MANAGER (Code : HRM-BPN)

Resposibilities :
· To monitor employee data, concealing and all related Personnel matter
· To ensure personnel administration policy well implemented within the organization based on company guideline and policy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor degree in Management/Law/Accounting/Psychology with min. GPA 2,75
- Male, max 35-40
- Min. 5 (five) years experience in HR Division
- Having knowledge of manpower regulations
- Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the HR operation
- Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy and procedures, Personnel matters, employee relations
- Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time
- Good communication in English both of oral & written
- Excellent skills in computer application softwares : spreadsheet, words, excel, power point & access
- Able to plan, well-organized and well-adjusted
- Ability to assume a high level of responsibility and workload is needed
- Willing to work beyond office hours, hard working and good team working
- Willing to visit our branch/project
- To be placed in Balikpapan
