RECRUITMENT MANAGER (REM)
Based in Jakarta

Main responsibilities:

a. To execute & to ensure overall recruitment activities to be effective & efficient
b. To lead continuous process of recruitment productivity and quality improvements programs

Qualifications:
1. Male / female, maximum 30 years old
2. Graduated from reputable university preferably from psychology background with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Min. 3 years experiences in HR preferably recruitment
4. Excellent interpersonal relationship capability & communication skill, both oral and written
5. Willing to hard work, proactive, and work under pressure
6. Having strong leadership capability
7. Good in management skill
