We are a rapidly growing security service company with more than 2000 employees all over indonesia. We have several operation sites i.e Makassar, Bandung, Medan, Semarang and Surabaya. Right now, we are inviting professional candidates for :

HR REPRESENTATIVES (SURABAYA)

With the following requirements :

* Male / Female with maximum age of 40 Years old
* Experience in the same field minimum 3 years
* Good communication Skill
* Having a strong leadership and character
* Preferably good in writing and verbal English
* Having a wide business network and relation
* Result Oriented, Independent, able to work under pressure, available to travel frequently
* Preferably having worked at a Security Service company
* Computer Literate
* Used to manage more than 300 employees
* Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in HR Field/Psychology
